Upon graduating from Mater Ecclesiae College, alumni accept positions across the globe. Over the past 5 years, graduates have gone to Mexico, the United States, Brazil, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, Canada, Poland, Argentina, and the Philippines.

Graduates of Mater Ecclesiae College are active in a wide range of fields, especially education, youth and family ministry, and missionary work.
