Mater Ecclesiae is open to women who have graduated from high school and are following or discerning a vocation to consecrated life in the Regnum Christi Movement. Applications for admission to Mater Ecclesiae are accepted on a rolling basis.

Aware that grades reflect, at best, only the evidence of learning, and that human ability, talent, and potential is manifested in many ways, other criteria are carefully weighed in the admission process, such as experience, maturity and leadership, commitment and potential for growth, breadth of interest and seriousness of purpose. These factors are assessed through application essays, two letters of recommendation and a personal interview during the admission process.
To be admitted to the Bachelor of Arts program, all prospective students must submit:
- A completed application for admission form
- Official transcripts of all secondary and post-secondary education
- Results of College Board Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and/or the ACT
- Two letters of recommendation
